Research
We know Digital Regulation really well... and we know it globally. With a holistic, cross-border view, we can see regional themes, emerging regulatory trends, and regulatory inefficiencies. An understanding of these nuances allow us to see the historical evolution of digital regulation and understand how its future could be shaped.
Naviga Digital was formed from the ashes of inefficient and differing regulatory processes. We see a better way for governments, supra-national non-State actors, and regulators to manage regulation. Our Research arm actively researches industry-leading areas of Digital Regulation so that we can contribute back to the global regulatory narrative and shape it. Some of our current (and envisaged) research includes:
Developing a cross-border framework for the regulation of Artificial Intelligence;
The lessons that Big Tech can learn from the regulation of FinTech; and
Strategies to support a successful Brexit through the development of a balanced digital regulatory regime.
Some of the research takes a number of years to mature given the academic-rigour behind the ground-breaking research. On the other hand, other parts of our research are pragmatic in solving present-day industry issues and this part of our research directly feeds into ensuring that our services.
We are increasingly partnering with academic institutions so should you be interested in doing research with us, please get in touch.
